Does the Black Rice contain gluten?

Black Rice does not contain gluten (glutenin / gliadin) and is safe for gluten-free diets. Sticky Black Rice, Sweet Black Rice, Glutinous Black Rice is a type of short-grained Black Rice that is especially sticky when cooked. It is called glutinous in the sense of being glue-like (hence the name glutinous) or sticky, and not in the sense of containing gluten.
